Large scale, 489,000 square foot glasshouse production facility designed to be compliant with cGMP standards. Extraction facility licensed for both volatile and non-volatile extraction processes.

Sunniva's logistics and technology platform for the state-wide distribution of Sunniva branded products.

Natural Health Services Ltd.
Canadian network of medical cannabis clinics. Seven clinics currently in operations in Alberta (4), Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.

Sunniva Medical Inc. ("SMI") - Canada
Current Development plans for the Canada Campus have been suspended as we focus our efforts on the development of our operations in California.
Large land base - 116 acres in Okanagan Falls, BC with development permits approved.
SMI received Confirmation of Readiness for a License under ACMPR from Health Canada May 2018.
